About Me

Following her mother’s cancer diagnosis in 2004, Chef Jacquie makes it a point to spread the word about the advantages of cannabis consumption. After obtaining a degree in Culinary Arts and Management, she furthered her education of the cannabis plant and its many uses at Oaksterdam University.

That trip expanded her knowledge on the different forms of cannabis, as well as, methods to consume and the medical benefits of cannabis. Now, she brings that knowledge to the East Coast through curated events, educational sessions and cookbooks.
